Optimization of The Structure

  • The large box structure design of the casting substantially elevates rigidity and stability of the machine.
  • The overlapped 3-axis and the travelling column design prevents machine deformation during the X / Y-axis movements. The spindle is mounted on the Z-axis with minimum distance and suspension, therefore the variable load on spindle is very low, providing the best possible dynamic accuracy.

Structure Design Following the Abbe Principle

Eliminating the suspension structures on 3-axis the loading/stress on the axes caused by the counter force generated while machining the workpiece is reduced.
