Feature

Rotating Head Spindle Head

It is different from the general purpose 5-axis machine on the market . The A/C axis overlaps that reduce machining accuracy. The UCH-660 is designed with a rotating head spindle head. The B-axis spindle head is separated from the C-axis on the worktable, which can reduce the cumulative error caused by the stacked structure of the 5-axis machine and improve the precision of cutting workpiece.

Suitable for Processing Long and Complex Workpieces

X-axis stroke of 1250 mm, suitable for processing long and complex workpieces, with large processing stroke and small machining area.

Composite Worktable

The machine uses a composite worktable to save the installation space of the clamping fixture, and the processing of complex workpiece can be completed quickly with only one clamping, which improves efficiency and saves processing time.

Moving Column Structure

The machine adopts a moving column structure, and the worktable is designed closer to the window. It is easy to integrate with automated production lines such as AGV vehicles and robot, which is in line with future trends.

SIGMA Vertical Machining Center Chain Type ATC

Chain Type ATC

The tool magazine is separated from the dynamic axis area of the machine, which is convenient for inspection and automatic tool change, without interrupting the machining, improving safety and efficiency.
