FFG consists of three major divisions of businesses: (1) Machine Tool Division, (2) Industry Equipment Division and (3) Green Energy Division. Machine Tool Division is the main business. Which overall performance of all group is 60%. In terms of supplying machine tools to various industries, FFG is ranked No.1 in the automotive industry on completeproduction lines, No. 2 in the aerospace industry, No.3 in the energy industry and No. 5 in the rail transport industry.

Working in the mechanic industry since 1950, SIGMA has established itself in the last few decades as one of the main Italian machine tool manufacturers. Main product are high precision vertical machining centers with three and five axes.

In particular, it has developed in the field of designing and construction of vertical machining centers technologically advanced as a result of the consolidated skills obtained in more than seventy years of presence on the International markets in driving and strongly innovative industry fields. Particular focus is placed on Research and Development, to follow the fast technological evolution which has always characterised the vertical machining centre industry.
